M & M Services Inc. was founded in 2001 by Dustin Abbott & Robert Griffin. Both Dustin & Robert have been in the refuse & recycling industry since the early 90’s. In 2005 Doug Moreda joined the M&M team. Doug’s background is in Construction Management, specifically working in the heavy civil construction industry. In late 2004 Ker Plunk Sanitary was formed, a portable restroom service company that now services multiple counties in California. In 2006 Windsor Material Recovery Facility was established at our property in Windsor California. This facility sorts and separates recyclable material from construction and demolition debris. It focuses on diverting as much material as possible from entering landfills.
